Position: Service Coordinator for Roam Subscriptions
Become a Service Coordinator for Roam in Etobicoke, Ontario, and manage the entire subscription customer experience. Ensure excellent service delivery from pick-up to drop-off.

As a key figure in Roam, you will oversee daily customer interactions regarding subscriptions. This includes welcoming clients, documenting their service requests, and performing vehicle inspections. You will work cross-functionally with teams to guarantee operational efficiency and outstanding communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers and address their service needs

• Carry out inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles

• Generate detailed repair orders and manage service tickets

• Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Operations teams

• Schedule and manage vehicle pick-up and service appointments

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year in customer service roles

• Clean driving record with a valid Ontario license

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented with great time management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
