Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM

• Bachelor Degree in any field; experience in customer service
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written)
• Good communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
• Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese‑speaking customers to understand their needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Manage appointments, service documentation, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
