Join the Royal Ontario Museum as a Visitor Experience Concierge, creating unforgettable moments for visitors. Handle ticketing and coat check, making every guest feel welcome and valued.
ROM seeks enthusiastic and service-driven individuals for the Visitor Experience Concierge role. This key front-line position reports to the Visitor Experience Leads, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing queues, and aiding in ticket sales and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and direct visitors throughout the museum
• Ensure secure operations at coat check
• Assist members with museum planning and tickets
• Identify opportunities for sales and engagement
• Respond to visitor inquiries with professionalism
Requirements:
• Completed Secondary School Diploma; hospitality studies are desirable
• Up to 1 year of customer or hospitality experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Guest-centered service focus
• Reliability and attention to detail are essential
