As an Event Ops Team Member, you are the muscle and logistical backbone of the event. You are on the front lines, physically creating the spaces where the magic happens. From arranging chairs for a panel to managing the flow of attendees into the main ballroom, your work ensures that the event is functional, orderly, and safe for everyone.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks as directed, such as setting up tables and chairs, placing signage, and running cables.
- Assist with managing attendee lines, ensuring they are orderly and safe.
- Perform badge checks at the entrance to key event spaces.
- Assist with basic audio‑visual tasks, like setting up a projector or microphone.
- Communicate any observed safety hazards or issues to your Team Leader immediately.
