As a key player in client support, you will apply your expertise in the brokerage and custodian sectors to meet client expectations. Your work will involve diagnosing and resolving support issues while maintaining proactive communications throughout the support process. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in training clients on FCC applications, contributing to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and resolve customer support inquiries effectively

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting for escalated cases

• Provide training on FCC applications and product offerings

• Create and update customer support documentation

• Management of support issue escalations with clarity

Requirements:

• 3+ years in service roles within financial services

• Proven ability to analyze issues and synthesize solutions

• Completion of relevant post-secondary education

• Familiarity with Broadridge (Dataphile) is beneficial

• Bilingual candidates (English/French) are highly regarded
