XTO feels welcomed and valued. Your efficient management of member check-in and responsiveness to inquiries and complaints will contribute to a seamless experience. Your commitment to service excellence is crucial in our dynamic 90,000 sq. ft. athletic hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front desk operations and member flow

• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues

• Accurately process all cash and credit transactions

• Document all guest communications effectively

• Collaborate across departments for service excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service

• Experience using CSI/Daxko software is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Adaptability to flexible working hours including weekends
