Key Responsibilities:

• Act as main liaison for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess success metrics

• Understand and address customer industry challenges

• Educate customers on key platform features and benefits

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS, 3+ in Customer Success roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on positive experiences

• Familiarity with Salesforce and similar tools

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
