Join Canada Life as a Customer Service Representative, engaging with clients in both English and French. Handle calls to gather medical information while providing empathetic support.
This full-time position is integral to our Creditor Underwriting Call Centre. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, using guided questionnaires to collect essential medical information. Your accuracy, professionalism, and ability to communicate medical terminology will directly support our underwriting decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Obtain medical information from insurance applicants
• Accurately document medical disclosures
• Process creditor insurance applications
• Work with underwriters for additional information
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in structured phone-based roles
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional judgement and confidentiality commitment
