Your role entails responding to clients over the phone, assisting in cash transactions, and keeping the Boutique efficient and welcoming. You will play a key part in maintaining the brand’s prestigious reputation through teamwork and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle all incoming phone inquiries

• Accurately document and communicate client messages

• Build strong relationships with customers over the phone

• Support cashier duties with precise transaction handling

• Ensure Cash and Wrap stations are stocked and ready

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Availability for flexible retail hours

• Fluent in English;
French is advantageous
