As a vital part of the CIBC SQUARE Tenant Relationship Management team, your main duties will revolve around enhancing tenant experiences through robust engagement and support. With your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills, you will respond to various tenant needs, assist in organizing community events, and oversee building amenities. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage tenants in meaningful conversation

• Provide personalized recommendations for services and events

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of building amenities

• Curate a monthly newsletter highlighting community updates

• Ensure lobby and concierge desk presentation is immaculate

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; post-secondary preferred

• At least 3 years in hospitality or customer service

• In-depth knowledge of the Financial District

• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

• Dependable with a polished professional presence
