Key Responsibilities:

• Handle field service call administration system

• Create and manage warranty return authorizations

• Coordinate internal technician schedules for service visits

• Collaborate with production and logistics on service orders

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on service issues

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years in a customer service environment

• Adept in Microsoft Word and Excel applications

• Strong English language proficiency

• Bilingual abilities in French or Spanish as assets
