Position: HOOPP Employer Services Senior Specialist
Join HOOPP as a Senior Specialist in Employer Services, where you will help employers navigate the HOOPP Plan with clarity and confidence. This is your chance to shape the service experience for healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining positive relationships with HOOPP employers by delivering high-quality support. Duties include addressing inquiries, resolving administrative issues, and educating employers on financial processes. Collaboration with Regional Managers and other departments ensures that you efficiently serve your designated group of employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to employer inquiries and issues promptly

• Document and maintain accurate client interaction records

• Support employers with financial transactions and invoices

• Monitor outstanding inquiries for timely resolutions

• Conduct training on HOOPP plan updates and procedures

Requirements:

• Completion of College Diploma or University Degree

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related service roles

• Exceptional communication and client service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship management
