Join Merrithew as a Customer Service Coordinator in Scarborough, Ontario, in this dynamic hybrid role. You'll manage web orders while providing top-notch customer support.
Reporting to the VP, Commercial Sales, this full-time contract position involves processing orders from and addressing customer inquiries. Your focus will be on delivering excellent service throughout the order lifecycle, managing returns, and supporting ongoing marketing initiatives. You'll also keep track of key metrics in CRM as part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete web orders and handle shipping confirmations
• Field inbound sales calls while providing product information
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service
• Process returns and issue credit memos
• Monitor sales reports related to orders and inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service roles
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Bilingual skills are an asset
