Reporting to the Director of Customer Success Management in Canada, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the customer journey for Alaya Care’s largest clients. Your expertise in SaaS solutions will be essential as you aim to foster client growth and satisfaction while building an influential relationship with their executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set clear expectations for client ROI throughout flow

• Establish trusted relationships with customer executives

• Monitor and engage proactively with client portfolios

• Deliver business review presentations to encourage product adoption

• Resolve escalated issues with internal coordination

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing mid-market to large accounts

• 3+ years in SaaS or post-acute software spaces

• Experience with executive relationship management

• Strong written and presentation skills
