Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in enterprise SaaS with 3+ years in Customer Success

• Strong relationship management skills, including at the executive level

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Proven experience in problem resolution and customer service

• Technical knowledge of internet technologies and email security
