Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for customers and stakeholders

• Manage inbound communication channels including phone and email

• Resolve issues with accuracy and empathy

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year in customer service, preferably in high volume

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Background check clearance needed

• Documentation for work authorization in Canada required
