Guest Services - GSR

The Guest Services Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional and seamless guest experience while upholding the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. This position ensures that all guests are welcomed and assisted with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Manage reservations, confirmations, check-ins, check-outs, and gift certificate transactions through B4T.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa services, promotions, and related offerings, including partner venues such as Bangkok Garden.

Accurately record and update guest information in the system according to company procedures.

Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products in a professional and informed manner.

Support daily operations by completing opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting other departments when required.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of appearance and conduct.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum one (1) year of experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service environment.

Demonstrated excellence in communication and guest relations.

Proficiency with point-of-sale and booking systems; familiarity with B4T is an asset.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high service standards.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 12 kg.

Comfortable working in a scented, climate-controlled environment.
