Enjoy helping customers and keeping orders on track? Our client, a leader in the food industry, is looking for a French–English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a close-knit team in the west GTA.You’ll be a key contact for customers, helping with orders, answering questions and following up when something needs attention. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll work closely with sales, logistics and other departments to keep customers informed and deliveries moving.

• A hybrid work arrangement and a friendly, close-knit team.
• Flexible working hours within the 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. window.

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience in customer service and order management.
• A practical approach to solving problems and following through on customer requests.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several orders and priorities at once.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work closely with others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an asset.
