This role involves investigating and resolving not-in-good-order (NIGO) transaction requests for mutual and segregated funds. You will utilize proprietary software to validate documentation while collaborating with Advisors and Dealers to ensure timely resolutions. Candidates must be bilingual in French and English, possess a keen eye for detail, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate NIGO requests using proprietary software
• Contact Advisors and MGAs for amended requests
• Log interaction notes in systems for tracking
• Respond to follow-up inquiries effectively
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Bilingual (French/English) communication skills
• Strong understanding of mutual fund products
• Experience in high volume Investment Operations
• Ability to multitask with various software interfaces
• Results-oriented problem-solving mindset
