Customer Service Order Specialist

This customer service specialist supports accurate, timely order fulfillment while building customer relationships. The work combines communication, organization, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Experience with ERP or MRP systems is an asset, while relevant post-secondary education is requested.

• Manage customer inquiries through phone and email
• Process and monitor orders using internal business systems
• Coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams
• Prepare quotations and communicate pricing information
• Track shipments and update customers proactively

• One to two or more years’ customer service experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems is an asset
• Relevant post-secondary education
