Support L’Occitane en Provence customers through B2B service, order processing, and accurate delivery documentation across US and Canada operations.
The Sell In and B2B Customer Service Associate manages daily operations and customer inquiries. You will process orders, delivery documents, and invoicing according to procedures. The role collaborates with sales, supply chain, warehouse teams, and the Customer Service Manager to improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily Sell In and B2B customer service operations
- Address inquiries, complaints, claims, and returns promptly
- Process orders accurately and coordinate timely product deliveries
- Maintain customer master data and order information
- Handle escalated issues and support process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field
- One to three years’ supply chain or customer service experience
- Understanding of B2B business and fulfillment operations
- Proficiency in SAP S/4
HANA and advanced Excel - Fluent English with strong communication and problem-solving skills
