Service Operations Coordinator

Coordinate service operations in Toronto using scheduling, dispatch, and customer communication skills. This full-time role is performed in-office for Canadian Water Savings.

Canadian Water Savings and American Water Savings seek a proactive Service Operations Coordinator for their Toronto team. You will coordinate appointments, dispatch technicians, manage work orders, and support daily service delivery. The work connects customers, vendors, technicians, and internal teams across Canada and the United States.

• Schedule installations, maintenance appointments, service calls, and follow-ups
• Dispatch plumbing technicians and subcontractors across multiple locations
• Monitor schedules, resolve conflicts, and confirm appointments
• Update customers about service status and scheduling changes
• Track work orders, service requests, and follow-up actions

• Three years in service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or related operations
• Two years of customer service experience
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
• CRM, scheduling, dispatch, or work-order software experience
