Customer Service Product Specialist

Support HD Supply Canada customers through product inquiries, quotations, and issue resolution using strong communication and product knowledge. This indoor role requires no travel.

As a Customer Care Associate I, you will respond to orders, quotations, product questions, services, and customer issues. You will learn 20,000 products across three catalogues while using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. The work follows prescribed processes under close supervision.

• Respond to customer orders and quotation requests through multiple channels
• Follow up to meet customer service expectations
• Research and suggest alternative products to customers
• Use computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting
• Resolve customer issues, including credit concessions

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Zero to two years of related experience
• Ability to learn 20,000 products and three catalogues
• Ability to follow prescribed processes and seek guidance
• Ability to sit comfortably and occasionally move light articles
