Bilingual Parking Customer Service Agent

Serve parking customers in English and French as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative supporting Precise Parklink’s 24/7 operations. Handle calls, disputes, and technical issues.

This full-time position combines customer service with monitoring support across parking facilities. You will log inbound calls, assist with parking, permits, payments, and disputes, and provide real-time operational support. The work requires shift availability, attention to detail, and efficient problem-solving.

• Log incoming calls and determine appropriate actions
• Assist customers with parking, permits, payments, and disputes
• Monitor equipment, vehicles, and parking operations
• Provide real-time support for access and payment machines
• Maintain accurate support logs and records

• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in English and French
• Microsoft Office competency and strong computer skills
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
• Availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
