Customer Order Processing Representative

Process customer orders accurately using ERP and CRM systems while delivering responsive service from a hybrid downtown Toronto workplace. Excel expertise supports organized daily work.

This Customer Service Representative role handles orders, customer inquiries, account information, and service issues. You will maintain loyalty and satisfaction through prompt communication, accurate records, and professional follow-up. The work includes coordination with warehouses, suppliers, purchasing, accounts receivable, and account managers.

• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders accurately
• Respond professionally to internal and external customer requests
• Edit and transmit Work Orders or Bills of Lading
• Maintain customer master and product file accuracy
• Process returned goods forms according to department policies

• Minimum one year of related order-entry experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF editing
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an asset
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, prioritization, time management, and multitasking skills
