Bilingual Customer Care Representative

Support RYOBI and RIDGID customers in English and French from TTI Canada’s North York location through phone, email, and chats.

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot product concerns, enter orders, and resolve needs. You will support products from Techtronic Industries, including power tools, outdoor equipment, and floorcare products. The position is full-time and permanent, with customer care delivered in both official languages.

• Answer product inquiries through phone, email, and live chats
• Provide troubleshooting for product repair, use, and warranty
• Handle escalated inquiries, disputes, and problems
• Improve customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution
• Develop sound product knowledge across supported brands

• Fluency in French and English
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Initiative and strong organizational skills
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
