Coordinate customer accounts for XTL Transport Inc. using data entry, WMS systems, and customer communication. Work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This Customer Account Coordinator supports transportation, logistics, and warehousing-distribution activities. You will create transactions, maintain customer data, track accounts, and communicate requests to operations. The position requires bilingual oral and written communication, customer service, and accurate transaction validation.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter receiving and shipping transactions into systems
- Create, modify, and update customer account profiles
- Maintain positive customer relationships and follow up regularly
- Communicate customer requests to operations
- Validate transactions, services, documents, and invoicing accuracy
- Knowledge and mastery of WMS systems
- AS400 knowledge considered an asset
- Bilingual oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and explanation skills
- Ability to manage priorities under pressure
