Customer Success Manager II at SPS Commerce aligns strategic goals with SaaS adoption, serving customers through a hybrid model in Toronto, Minneapolis, or Rogers, Arkansas.
This Customer Success Manager II leads post-sales efforts throughout the customer lifecycle. You will build repeatable processes, promote effective SPS Commerce resource use, and deliver customer value. The work supports relationships across finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customer business models and build trusted adviser relationships
- Create success plans, metrics, targets, and strategic recommendations
- Monitor accounts and drive adoption through structured programs
- Deliver revenue recovery services and support customer retention
- Forecast expansion revenue and renewal pipelines for leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Two-plus years of Customer Success Management experience
- Experience in a SaaS environment or with SaaS clients
- Executive relationship and business review experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills
