Deliver precise customer service for Milwaukee® orders at TTI in North York, using organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will support internal and external customers and the sales team. The full-time, permanent position focuses on order entry, order ownership, customer emails, phone inquiries, and cross-functional collaboration. Your work supports accurate product, pricing, inventory, and shipping information for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build relationships with customers and the sales team
- Enter accurate orders within 24 hours
- Verify products and prices on every order
- Email order numbers, pricing, inventory, shipping dates, and delays
- Handle inquiries about ETAs, tracking, prices, availability, and products
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and attention to detail
- Customer-focused, collaborative, results-oriented approach
