This Service Desk Associate follows customer orders from beginning to end until satisfaction. You will ensure requested products and services arrive timely and accurately while coordinating with the Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, Home Depot Associates, vendors, installers, delivery companies, and service providers. Customer needs and order issues remain central throughout the process.
