Customer Service Manager

Lead Walmart Canada’s front end operations in Kenora while strengthening customer service, associate support, and transaction oversight. This role requires operational focus.

As a Customer Service Manager, you guide front end operations and help maintain an efficient, positive shopping experience. You support customers and associates, train associates on systems and company procedures, and help drive customer loyalty. The role also covers compliance with operational standards, cash management, and company programs.

• Monitor front end coverage, breaks, registers, and customer flow
• Handle customer and associate concerns professionally
• Train associates on systems, procedures, and safety requirements
• Oversee purchases, returns, exchanges, approvals, and corrections
• Maintain cash controls, audits, EAS, and emergency readiness

• Be at least 16 years old
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50
• Ability to follow safety practices and emergency procedures
