This Service Advisor position supports guests throughout their service appointments and repairs. You will understand customer needs, respond to questions, and liaise with Technicians about progress. The role suits someone organized, self-motivated, and committed to high-level customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist incoming customers attending service appointments
Provide high-quality customer service throughout visits
Discuss customer needs and repair questions
Update customers on vehicle repair progress
Follow up regarding additional repair questions
Requirements:
Customer service experience of one to two years
Strong interpersonal skills and engaging attitude
Excellent work ethic and self-motivation
Ability to work in a team
Clean driving record with valid G license
Use strong communication, follow-up, and customer care skills to support automotive service appointments in Etobicoke.
