Reporting to ticketing leadership, this hourly representative supports The Royal Conservatory, presenters, and patrons. The work includes computerized ticketing, customer service, cash handling, and accurate patron records. Performing arts experience is preferred, alongside availability for regular evenings and weekends.

• Serve ticket buyers and visitors by phone and in person
• Book tickets and subscriptions across serviced venues
• Provide programming, directions, promotion, and seating information
• Resolve inquiries or elevate complex issues to supervisors
• Maintain patron records and secure individual cash floats

• At least two years of customer service experience
• At least two years using computerized ticketing or sales software
• Performing arts environment knowledge and musical background preferred
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent cash handling, detail, and pressure-management abilities
