Weekend Customer Service Representative

Serve Hullmark Centre customers on weekends through accurate payment assistance, validations, and professional customer service at each exit point.

This seasonal, part-time Customer Service Representative assignment runs November 7 through November 29, 2026. Reporting to the Location Manager, you will support monthly parking customers, transient guests, and internal stakeholders. The work includes high-volume transaction requests, customer inquiries, account support, and accurate documentation.

• Assist customers with payments and validations at exit points
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence
• Resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Process account sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transactions
• Maintain accurate customer data, payment details, and account notes

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum one year customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer systems
• Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in Canada
