Bilingual French E-Commerce Support Specialist

Support French-speaking merchants through e-commerce inquiries, terminal calls, and technical escalations at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Respond by phone and email.

This Client Service Specialist handles hardware terminal and software e-commerce calls from internal and external sources. The position supports merchants and partners by answering inquiries, responding to emails, assisting terminal software and hardware launches, and completing technical escalations. It requires bilingual French communication and Point Of Sale experience.

• Answer external merchant calls about e-commerce inquiries
• Handle internal calls concerning terminals and e-commerce software
• Respond to internal and external partner emails
• Assist with terminal software and hardware launches
• Manage and complete technical escalations

• Minimum three years of Point Of Sale experience
• Bilingual French communication skills required
• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum two years of customer interaction experience preferred
• Proficiency with basic computer functions preferred
