Luxury Residential Concierge Brixton

Deliver exceptional resident service as Concierge at The Brixton, representing Rhapsody through communication, discretion, and community knowledge. Rotating evening and weekend availability is required.

This Concierge position supports residents, prospective residents, guests, clients, vendors, and neighbours within a luxury rental community. You will welcome visitors, answer the Concierge phone line, address inquiries, and maintain resident communication logs. The work also combines resident services, amenity coordination, events, and marketing support.

• Welcome residents and guests while answering the Concierge phone line
• Address inquiries, concerns, and resident communication logs
• Provide information about the community and surrounding area
• Coordinate amenity reservations, events, taxis, and resident services
• Support social media postings, blogging, and Internet presence

• High school completion or general education degree
• Two or more years in upscale customer service preferred
• Knowledge of the neighbourhood and community preferred
• Flexibility for rotating evening and weekend schedules
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
