Use Salesforce CRM and travel reservation systems to guide luxury service delivery for National Geographic Signature and Private Travel clients.
G Adventures seeks a Supervisor, GWIZ, Private Travel and Signature to lead specialists supporting travelers, travel agent partners, and private clients. You will coordinate training on Salesforce, Compass, GDS, and luxury service delivery. The role manages performance, escalations, operational workflows, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver training on luxury service, systems, and traveler engagement
- Maintain procedures, SLAs, risk mitigation, and compliance standards
- Provide real-time sales support and resolve high-level escalations
- Manage Slack channels, fund transfers, queues, and communications
- Support Salesforce, SFMC, Compass, and Vonage improvements
- Three-plus years in luxury travel sales or high-touch service
- Two-plus years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM and travel reservation systems experience
- One-plus year using Mac systems and Google Workspace tools
- Proficiency with Slack, Vonage, and professional communications
