Customer Care Operations Supervisor

Lead customer care operations at ZEISS through service billing, order entry, and daily workflow coordination in a hands-on supervisory capacity.

The IQR Customer Care Operations Supervisor coordinates service and sales administration activities while personally managing assigned transactions. This hands-on supervisor guides team priorities, monitors workflow, and supports responsive customer service. The work includes service orders, contracts, billing, invoicing support, sales coordination, and process improvement.

• Assign daily priorities and monitor Customer Care Administration workflow
• Manage service orders, sales orders, contracts, and customer accounts
• Coordinate billing, order entry, invoice, and scheduling issue resolution
• Coach team members on quality, productivity, and customer responsiveness
• Improve work instructions, documentation, and service administration processes

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent related experience may be considered
• Three to five years’ related business operations experience preferred
• Prior employee leadership or team workflow coordination experience preferred
• SAP ERP and CRM experience required or strongly preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
