Customer Order Management Representative

This Customer Service Representative manages manual and EDI purchase orders from entry through delivery. The work includes invoicing, transportation issues, customer relationships, and communication with Sales, Finance, Shipping, and Demand Planning. Give & Go seeks someone detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused.

• Manage end-to-end manual and EDI purchase order processes
• Coordinate accurate order entry, pickup, delivery, and invoicing
• Resolve en-route customs and transportation issues
• Communicate customer requests across Planning, Production, QA, and Shipping
• Document department processes and share knowledge with coworkers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of office customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, and Share Point
