Client Improvement Associate Fidelity

Fidelity’s Strategic Account Associate role focuses on client experience improvement, relationship oversight, and change initiatives from Toronto to Mississauga.

Working flexibly in a hybrid arrangement, the associate partners with Service Delivery, Client Support, operational managers, and product leaders. You will identify learning gaps, improve processes, monitor results, and represent client needs across FCC. The role requires an organized self-starter who can manage complex tasks and difficult situations.

• Drive client service experience improvements as a change agent
• Recognize client training opportunities and knowledge gaps
• Review client needs with FCC departments
• Oversee custom work orders and associated client requirements
• Track success of improvements and client experience results

• Three years of client service or operations experience
• Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to build credibility and rapport quickly
• Professional, calm, courteous, and friendly client representation
• Ability to learn FCC systems and products quickly
