Dental Receptionist; Thurs, Fri, alternating Sat

Our client at Yonge & Davisville, a very busy dental office is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for Thurs, Friday & alternating Saturdays. Must know Dentrix software.

• Experienced Dental Receptionist
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Scent free office
• Prefer DA background but flexible

• Experience with Dentrix dental software an asset

Yonge & Davisville

• Thurs 8-5
• Fri 8-3
• Sat 8:30-3 (alternating)

• $26-$30 per hour depending on experience and performance

• Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
• Make a great first impression ideally creating long term loyal patient relationships
• Schedule/confirm patient appointments using the Dentrix software program.
• Provide patients with information regarding the dental office and direct calls appropriately
• Must be able to do predeterminations independently
• Verify procedures completed, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically

• Dynamic, energetic, and professional personality is key
• Highly organized quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work
• Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and be able to work independently
• Must be able to process high volumes of work, quickly, efficiently and accurately
• Asset if someone is interested in wellness holistic area
