Dental Hygienist ( Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri

Our client in the Roncesvalles area is looking for a Permanent Hygienist. Benefits after 3 months.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a dental office
• Must be registered with College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
• Will train RDH for Ortho if interested

• Must be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment
• New patient assessment – comprehensive exams
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
• Polishing and fluoride treatments
• Dental impressions and bleaching trays
• Removal of stains, scaling and root‑planing
• Taking impressions of teeth for study models
• Digital radiography
• Charting patients, updating medical history
• Oral hygiene instructions to patients
• Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
• Must be organized, can mult‑task, team player, communicate effectively, warm disposition
• After 3 months contract signed dental coverage for self, spouse and children.
• Dentrix software

• 1 hour lunch
• Tues 8:30-7:15/7:30
• Weds 8:30-5:30 (Ortho 1st only and 3rd Weds of the month)
• Thurs 8:30-6:16/6:30
• Fri 8:30-5:15/5:30
• Sat 9-2 (Optional)

• Bloor/Dundas St. West (Roncesvalles/between Bloor & Queen St. West)
• Accessible by transit
• Free residential street parking (Free parking on High Park Blvd & Sunnyside Ave)

• $TBD depending on experience and performance
