Dawson Dental Broadview is located in East York in the corner of Broadview and Mortimer Ave. We are conveniently located three bus stops away from the Broadview Station and close to the Don Valley Pkwy.

Dawson Dental strives to provide the highest level of patient care providing Orthodontic treatment, Endodontics, Sleep and Sedation Dentisry and Kids Dentistry. Schedule: Full-Time

• Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm.
• Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm.
• Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm.
• Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm .

The wage for this Treatment Coordinator position is $25-$32/hour depending on skills, experience, and location. Please note that this is a new job opening.

Your Role:

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options.
• Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team.
• Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans.
• Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
• Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions.

About You:

• Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator in the dental field is required.
• Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required.
• Experience with dental software programs is required.
• Strong customer service experience.
