Requirements:

• Qualified Dentist (DDS, DMD, or BDS)

• Registered or in process with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario

• Authorized to practice in Ontario

• Child treatment experience essential

• Recommended knowledge in nitrous oxide/sedation
