We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Certified Chairside Dental Assistant who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a genuine passion for patient care. Schedule:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Tuesday and Friday:
    Optional.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a Level II Dental Assisting Program (Certified).
  • Current HARP, CPR, and WHMIS certification (or provided upon hire).
  • Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience.
  • Endodontic or specialty experience preferred.
  • Professional reference from a supervising dentist required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using dental software for charting, documentation, and note transcription.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide chairside assistance during endodontic procedures.
  • Prepare instruments and materials.
  • Take radiographs and sterilize equipment.
  • Transcribe clinical notes and prepare post-operative correspondence.
  • Maintain infection control standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering.
  • Keep clinical areas organized and clean.
  • Assist with front desk and administrative duties as needed.
