Your role includes ensuring clinical performance and patient satisfaction across 35 clinics in the region, while also developing your management team for ongoing success.

• Oversee multi-clinic operations and performance metrics

• Enhance patient experience throughout your clinics

• Coach and develop Practice Managers for success

• Analyze financial data to drive clinic performance

• Build a strong, collaborative culture within your teams

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in dental practice management

• Experience in multi-clinic operations

• Solid knowledge of financial management in clinics

• Familiarity with practice management software

• Willingness to travel regularly in the GTA
