In this role, you will focus on the effective implementation and evolution of our dental claims platform. Your responsibilities will include translating policy requirements, conducting quality assurance testing, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance operational performance and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and document adjudication logic for dental benefits
• Create test scenarios and support user acceptance testing
• Participate in issue resolution and risk management
• Analyze claims outcomes for continuous improvement
• Communicate updates and strategic direction effectively
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in dental claims or administration
• Knowledge of dental coding systems and terminologies
• Previous work with adjudication systems preferred
• Excellent skills in analysis and communication
• Proven ability to work in agile environments
