The team at Altima Jane Street located in Toronto are looking for a passionate, hard‑working Patient Care Coordinator on a part‑time basis.

We are seeking an individual highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in a seamless manner and ensure the patient leaves well‑informed and prepared for their next appointment.

• 13 hours per week
• Saturday & Sunday

• 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or a combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience
• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
