About Us

Toothworks Sterling Dental is a progressive, patient-focused clinic committed to delivering exceptional dental care in a welcoming and efficient environment. As part of the Toothworks (Dentalcorp) network, we take pride in our collaborative team culture and the high standard of experience we create for every patient.

We're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator ready to step into a Team Lead role — someone who loves being at the front line, leads by example, and brings both clinical coordination expertise and a genuine passion for patient care.

This is not a back-office role. You'll be hands-on every day: presenting treatment plans, supporting your team, and guiding patients through their care journey with confidence and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and explain treatment plans to patients, including insurance coverage, co-pays, and financing options.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries related to treatment, scheduling, and care coordination.
  • Support and oversee front desk operations: scheduling, confirmations, billing, and insurance submissions.
  • Mentor and guide administrative team members to ensure smooth, consistent daily operations.
  • Use Dentrix software to manage patient records, treatment plans, and scheduling workflows.
  • Monitor and improve case acceptance rates by guiding patients through informed treatment decisions.
  • Partner with the dental team to optimize workflows and support a positive clinic environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Senior Receptionist, or Lead Administrator in a dental office.
  • Proficiency with Dentrix dental software (required).
  • Strong working knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, and the ODA fee guide; IFHP and CDCP experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, case presentation, and patient relationship skills.
  • A natural ability to support and elevate those around you.
  • Flexible availability — must be able to work a rotating schedule including weekends.
  • Professional, positive, and patient-centred in all interactions.

Why Toothworks?

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits and career development resources through the Dentalcorp network.
  • Opportunity to grow within one of Canada's leading dental networks.

How to Apply

If you're already excelling as a Treatment Coordinator or Senior Dental Administrator and are ready to step into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter through Indeed.
