This pivotal role reports directly to the Director of Operations, overseeing 35 clinics in Canada. With 3–5+ years in dental practice management, your expertise in financials and team coaching will be essential. You'll manage complex operations while implementing proven frameworks to elevate clinic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure clinical performance and patient experience standards across clinics
• Develop Practice Managers to excel in their roles
• Analyze clinic financials to drive performance
• Foster a positive culture and team dynamics remotely and on-site
• Travel regularly to maintain presence across Downtown Toronto and the GTA
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in dental practice management
• Proven track record managing multi-clinic portfolios
• Familiarity with multiple practice management software platforms
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Willingness to travel locally
